Theatre Delicatessen have opened their doors to a series of wonderful spaces at the former BBC London headquarters on Marylebone High Street, and are looking for creative individuals and companies to join our burgeoning community.
One of the aims of Theatre Delicatessen’s work is to support emerging artists and the wider creative community by opening up empty buildings for use as rehearsal rooms and working spaces.
This is why we try to keep the costs as low as possible but means we may ask you to give details of your work and activity so that we can ensure that we are meeting our charitable objectives in leasing space to you or your organisation.

Rehearsal / Audition Spaces
Rehearsal/Audition Room Hire (Flexible Rates)
We have a number of rooms available to lease to companies looking for space to rehearse.
Ranging in size from 5x3m to 12x6m, hire prices are flexible and start from £60 per day.
Let us know your needs and we’ll find you a suitable space.
Movement & Workshop Room (Flexible Rates)
Our gorgeous 13x6m room on the third floor has three quarter window surround, polished parquet flooring and a carpeted area for shoes and bags.
Airy and spacious, with excellent natural light, it is the perfect environment for everything from performing arts workshops to yoga classes.
Work/Create Spaces
We are leasing areas throughout the building for those looking for an affordable way to work and create in a fun and friendly environment. All have excellent natural light, internet, with access to kitchen and common room facilities inclusive in your hire.
For meetings, we have a dedicated 3x3m office space where you can meet your clients in privacy.
Office Space (£500pm)
We have spacious and airy office suites for hire, ideal for those looking for an affordable, central London business space in a friendly and creative environment.
The rooms, located on the fourth floor, are 6x6m in size, carpeted and supplied with internet, power sockets and lighting. Hire also includes use of kitchen, green room and bathroom.
Bays (£150pm)
Hire a ‘bay’ to create or work from.
Perfect for small companies, designers and visual artists.
Each ‘bay’ area is 6x3m and fully equipped with power, light and internet.
Hirers are welcome to personalise their area and erect partial partitions. Furniture will need to be provided by the hirer.
Desks (£80pm)
Hire a desk space and work from our floor.
Cheap and alternative, at 3x3m you’ll have enough room for a large desk and shelves, beside a number of other creative people.
Power supply, lighting and internet provided as standard. You are welcome to decorate your area. You will need to provide your own furniture.
Access is from 10am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Monthly bookings preferred. No deposit required. Hire fee includes internet, utilities, service charges but is exclusive of VAT. Payment by BACS preferred.
Hires are being scheduled until the end of March 2013.
